She also has a network of builders etc. that she knows should potential buyers have any concerns over things on a survey report. To be honest, our previous experience of estate agents is that we paid quite a lot of money for them to advertise our house, attract a buyer and then leave us to get on with the process.  Working with Suzanne gave us a completely different, and wholly better idea of why you should always use a professional and experienced agent. 

We were guided through the whole process from start to finish: offered regular updates, details checked, questions answered and loose ends smoothly gathered together.  Suzanne kept track of the process and whenever there was a lull in progress explored what the hold-up was and worked to move it along.  In addition, she was always a delightful friendly person to work with and had excellent local knowledge. We purchased a house in January 2023 in St Ives. Suzanne was absolutely excellent at communicating with us and the sellers and made that extra effort to get the deal done on completion day.  Couple of things worth  noting , we were looking at houses in St Ives  between Xmas and new Year, when the town is very busy and she was able to offer viewing when most other estate agents were closed. She won the sale in part because of this. Secondly she really made that extra effort to get the deal done on our time frame.
